Delete your MerchantVoice account

MerchantVoice, the UPI payment soundbox app by MRPD Tech, lets you delete your account and its data at any time, in the app or by email.

In the app

  1. Open MerchantVoice and sign in.
  2. Go to Settings.
  3. Tap Delete Store Account and confirm.

Your account is closed and signed out on every phone straight away.

Without the app

Email [email protected] from your registered email address with the subject "Delete my MerchantVoice account". Include your shop name. We confirm by email once your account is deleted.

Request account deletion

What is deleted

  • Your merchant profile: shop name, owner name, email, phone number and UPI ID.
  • Your payment history and the payment details read from notifications.
  • Your khata (udhaar) customers and entries, and your expenses.
  • Your plan and subscription records, settings, signed-in devices and push notification tokens.
  • Your password and sign-in sessions.

When it is deleted

After a short review by our team, and within 30 days of your request, all of the data above is permanently erased. Until then you can ask us to restore the account. Afterwards we keep only an internal note that the account was deleted, with your shop name and the request and deletion dates.
